Visit the unique hospital bunker, see how the soldiers lived in the men’s bunkers, how enormous the storage capacity of the ammunition bunkers was and relive the fierce battles for the bunkers. During the tour, the history of the Battle of the Scheldt comes to life. You hear the human side of the story through anecdotes from both parties. It exposes the drama of the war and gives a vivid picture of the fierce battle that has taken place here to liberate the Netherlands and parts of Europe.

Once this battery consisted of 22 bunkers, of which 10 are left today. During the tour you will visit 6 of these bunkers, including the M159 – there is only one left in the Netherlands!
